New Social Studies Standards Call for New Curriculum 

Gallopade Revamps K-8 Curriculum, 100% Aligned to New Standards

PEACHTREE CITY, GA - The State Board of Education approved Ohio’s new Model Curriculum for Social Studies in June 2019. District leaders and teachers were encouraged to learn about the revised standards and examine the updates during the current school year. “Although we’ve had several schools begin their review of new 2020-2021 material in December, most seem to be conducting reviews n in Q1,” explains Greg Farmer, Ohio curriculum representative for Gallopade.
