Return Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Gallopade! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from delivery date to make a return. Returns shipped after 7 days will be eligible for store credit. After 30 days, all sales are final, and returns will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return needs to include the original packing slip to be accepted.

All returns must include a tracking number. Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (orders@gallopade.com). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/ credit.


Shipping

You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.


Refunds

You will receive a refund using the same method of payment within 5 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. The cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund. However, we will provide a return label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly.


Exchange

We do not accept exchanges at this time.
