Gallopade International | Hershey Mystery Press Release

The Mystery in Chocolate Town…Hershey, Pennsylvania
Via Peachtree City

PEACHTREE CITY, GA—Gallopade International announced today the forthcoming publication of The Mystery in Chocolate Town…Hershey, Pennsylvania by Carole Marsh.  The title will be number 18 in the Real Kids/Real Places series of the Carole Marsh Mysteries.  The popular children’s author chose to feature Hershey, Pennsylvania to coincide with the 100th anniversary of Hershey’s Kisses.

The author has many requests to “be a character in one of the mysteries.” In The Mystery in Chocolate Town, two of the characters—Annabelle and Sean—were chosen from the Carole Marsh Mystery Fan Club at www.carolemarshmysteries.com and both are students at Kedron Elementary School in Peachtree City, Georgia.  Annabelle and Sean join author Carole Marsh’s real life grandchildren—book characters and Braelinn Elementary students, Christina and Grant—for a delicious kind of mystery.

Carole Marsh Mysteries include a number of internationally popular series for readers aged 7–14.  The Real Kids/Real Places series includes books set in some of America’s most famous locations, including Disney World, New York City, and the Grand Canyon. These highly respected educational titles are widely used in elementary and middle schools across the U.S., and are popular in reading programs and book clubs.  The books are also part of the Accelerated Reader program.

Midwest Book Review recently called Carole Marsh Mysteries, “a true gem of original, informative and entertaining storytelling.” And Christian School Products Magazine says that the mysteries “are a great way to incorporate reading into other curriculum areas. Boy and girl characters in every story make these suitable for all kids.”

Gallopade International, established in 1979, is a leader in the production of curriculum and supplementary educational materials.  In 2003, the National School Supply and Equipment Association awarded Gallopade their Excellence in Education award.  Learning Magazine has also honored the books with their Teachers’ Choice Award for the Family.

The Mystery in Chocolate Town…Hershey, Pennsylvania will be available at most bookstores.  For further information call 800-536-2438 or visit www.carolemarshmysteries.com.
